What is collected

The site collects personal information only when you fill in the trial-session form. The form asks for:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• The kind of training you are interested in
• The language the page was shown in

Why, and whether you have to

We use the information for one purpose: to contact you and arrange a trial session.

You are under no legal obligation to provide it. Without a name and a phone number we cannot get back to you, and you can always reach us directly by phone or WhatsApp instead.

Who receives it

Enquiries go to the Fitribe team only. We do not sell personal information or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes the form and stores the enquiries for us. Netlify’s servers are outside Israel.

Third-party services

Two external services are embedded in the site and follow their own privacy policies:

• Arbox — the class schedule, booking and purchases. Anything you enter there goes directly to Arbox and the club, not through this site.
• Google Maps — the map in the “Where we are” section.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. If you choose to stop the animations, that preference is stored in your own browser only and is never sent to us.

The embedded services (Arbox and Google Maps) may set their own cookies when they load.

How long it is kept

Trial-session enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and the contact that follows.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Just contact us in one of the ways below.
